"These guys are just wonderful. The big take away here is that they are honest professionals. The owner came out with a member of his team and thoroughly checked our home for mold. They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. I’m thankful for their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend these guys if anyone I know ever does have a mold problem because I trust that they will only do what needs to be done with out the worry of being over charged."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"They have 2 ladies that came and cleaned out the air ducts. They were very professional and cleaned up and dust from the cleaning. Recommend them to a lady down the street and she ended up using them for her dryer. Definitely using them again went we refinish our wood floors in our main house. "

"FlynnWarden (owner) and nephew Jason came and did a very through inspection of entire home to see if mold in basement had spread to other areas--(had not).Got complete,through report from certified lab identifying each type of mold and concentration. Mold was carpet far enough that they removed all 900 sq. ft. Also had to demolish some portions of Rosewood paneling and studs, etc. Jason brought a crew of 7, took 2 days and quality of staff and clear competence eliminated our problem. Subsequent testing and lab report showed no mold! While this was costly, great value was received. We used industrial size true HEPA air handlers on all 3 floors to capture any mold that may have become airborne. Crew were responsive and great to work with. Mold made me (but not wife and son) very sick---- nauseous, headache,etc. The fact that that stopped,shows that we are mold free. I have talked to friends who are in the business of renovation (one has 25 rental properties), restoration,etc. and they have either used AAA, or know of them by reputation. All have the same opinion as I----5 star. So, would I recommend AAA? Yes , without reservation. They showed up on time, worked their a**** off, got up into the attic and cleaned the actual trunk lines, took a lot of videos and pictures to show their results, and eliminated a lot of mold and dirt residue. Very professional, friendly, and they only do one job per day to make sure they take as long as it needs to do a thorough job."

"Stephen was prompt in coming to the house for the initial inspection. ?After receiving the estimate, I asked about making some changes and another estimate was received the next day. ? Some other estimates were not able to include the changes I requested and/or did not use products that were as well rated as the products used by Mold Drs. ?No other estimates offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. Technicians removed 1900 sq ft of moldy insulation, sprayed to kill the the mold on joists and sub-floor, spray sealed the entire crawlspace and finally installed new insulation and vapor barrier. Because of drying time required, the entire process took a while, but it was not rushed and done properly. Crawlspace looks and smells a whole better. ?I would definitely recommend their service."
