"It's relatively a new one in town. They were very non-intrusive. I always feel weird when you have someone come in to your house to do something but he was very professional. He came in. It took probably 30 minutes. He did what he needed to do and was out. He was very good. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He was talking about the different bugs that he was looking out for and the different things he was gonna use and I just nod and nod. He seemed very knowledgeable. We called around and they seem to have the best one in town. The quality was very good. we had a magnolia tree cut down and evidently, a bunch of bugs live in it so once that tree was cut down, our house was invaded and it took a couple of days for him to do the work but like a week later, we went from having a bug every hour to no bugs at all. It was amazing. We had to have him come out a couple of different times and we could call him and he would be out an hour later. He was very good."

I called on a Tuesday evening at around 5:30pm and made an appointment for 10:00am the next morning. <br /> The rep for the company, Marty, was professional, informative, and nice. <br /> Paid $325 for 7 days of service; but the trap is left open on the weekends, so really paid for 5 business days. Honestly, I am not sure if this is a great price or not b/c I did not price another company; but I would pay it again to get the "critter" out of my crawl space. <br /> The animal was never actually caught, but it seems to have been trapped out side of the crawl space. Traps were conveniently left until I was able to concrete in the holes the animal had used to enter the space. <br />"
