Office was pleasant and easy to deal with, and given weather conditions, they made every effort to get someone out to us as soon as possible; while other companies said it would be anywhere from a week to 3 weeks before they could have someone come out. Smooth Coast called me back within an hour or two saying a crew could be there in 30 minutes. Kevin inspected the frame, track etc. and provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to repair it and the cost involved.
