I will have him put the air conditioner into a side wall in the spring when it's warmer. I am very pleased with his work. "Overall it went well and I would hire them again—so far no leaks. Pros: Their quality of work is good overall, they were respectful and clean. They were able to come up with reasonable fixes for issues that we couldn't match parts on or just didn't have. Cons: The original (verbal) estimate didn't include materials, which I thought was odd. So I was disappointed when the price doubled on their written quote. Only other issue was they originally said (verbal not in writing) they would use a metal flashing over the deck ledger board and ended up just using flashing tape. I doubt it will hold up over time like a metal and tape combination would. We also never received a final receipt for services performed and I will have to follow up."

"I had a very fast response when I put in for the project. He was very open to the work I wanted done and showed up everyday to get the job done. The deck looks amazing and way better than before. Would definately hire Castle Construction and Frame again if needed. Picture added from old to new."

"In short order it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They replaced the damaged wood. Sealed the opening and reinstalled the skylight. They then further sealed the skylight and replaced the shingles. I feel very confident that it will not leak again. Besides their excellent work, they showed up when they said they would and kept me informed about scheduling. I highly recommend them and I'm getting my list ready for them to do next spring."

"Shane came out himself and inspected our roof after some wind and winter storm damage after we noticed some singles missing. He inspected the roof and gave us the great news that out roof did not need replacing....only about 1/2 dozen shingles on the roof cap. He quickly replaced the shingles and repaired the roof. He did not try and upsell us or lie to us about what was needed. We respect that kind of honesty and integrity. Highly recommend."
