"After a phone call to them a representative came out to assess the repair. A few days later two repairmen came and did a thorough inspection. They replaced parts and repaired the gutter. After some strong rainfalls there were some leaks and after a phone call again they sent the same two repairmen out to examine and fix the problem. All those I dealt with treated me with courtesy and listened and backed up what they promised to do. This was after having previously contacted several other companies that never followed up on appointments or really assessed what needed done. Holzer Resnick is 5 stars and I have already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you."
