The previous company put together an estimate to fix a water leak based on what it "looked like"--but Marty took the time to actually find the area that was leaking (proving it with a water test). I was most impressed, because Marty's assessment was that my problem likely could be fixed entirely by a general contractor instead of him--call him back if it isn't.
