"The Pro was very professional. He didnâ t try to sell me anything. He listened to my issues and he explained what could be wrong. He discussed what he was going to do and he even took pictures of the issues I was having. Again, he never pressured me just gave me his thoughts and what we would need to do if the issues needed replaced. The result was nothing needed to be replaced and if we had an occurrence again then to call back. The customer service rep Mary was awesome. I would recommend using this company again."

"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. Their quality of work, construction knowledge, and integrity makes it very easy for us to give them a 5-Star Rating."
