When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. This required removing the old shingle, removing the existing plywood roofs, the installation of new plywood, headers, soffitt wood work and installation of new architectural asphalt shingle. Mr. Canasles was knowledgeable, extremely professional and provided an estimate within a week. Once the contract was signed, he had a crew out in about a week. They completed the work in one day!.
