"Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. With the rain we have had this summer, the job turned into much more than he had bargained for (or quoted for)...but he stuck with it until the job was completed.  The work he did for me turned out great and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a hard working and honest contractor who does excellent work.

"The team from NOLA did an amazing job. First, they actually showed up (still stuns me how many contractors don't bother). Then, they gave me a reasonable estimate, quickly scheduled the work, and executed on time and on estimate. Would definitely hire again."

"He was so prompt on calling me back within 10 minutes of me requesting a quote looking for someone. He also got the job done the same day there was no waiting period. He even stayed late into the night to ensure everything was done properly. I also got an upgraded window that is now insulated, thank you soo much Severin Lee services!"

"The remodel went over very well. He did exactly what I asked for. My bathroom is small but it’s pretty. I am interested in aging in place so he put in a grab bar when he retiled my shower. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. It was a message job, and took some time but it was worth it."

"We were left hanging by our original contractor. Lorenzo showed up within an hour of contacting him and has remained dedicated to assisting us in brining our vision to life in our new apartment complex."

"We had a great experience with RBP on our kitchen renovation. He came up with a great design and the guys did a great job. They were very professional and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thank you for another great job!"

"Brian did everything he said he would do: remove the two downed cedar trees, remove twoother limbs, and used his machinery to smooth the grass where the big limbs had been. He showed up in the a m, gave me the quote, and was done with the whole job by early afternoon. He has trucks, trailers, and equipment to do the job. Even gave me his license number so I could confirm he was licensed and insured. Also Brian was very personable and easy to talk to and negotiate with. Ifâ d hire him again!"

"We had a coupon through our daughter for them.  They would have probably initially charged $6000.00 or $7000.00, but we had a nice coupon.  She saw their sign when she was riding.  She asked some of her co-workers about Eicher's and she heard that they were very good and that they had a good product.  We got life time shingles called weather watch instead of felt.  We were really pleased with it.  They did the job.  They had quite a few guys out there.  I think they did really well.  I did get other estimates and until the coupon came up I was about to say no to them because their price was more.  The guy told me about the product and the change in what they do and what normal roofers were doing.  We had had our roof done years before and my husband wasn't too pleased with it.  He was sitting and listening for everything that he had problems with to see if they would address them.  He was really impressed with a new material called weather watch and another kind of weatherstrip.  They did a little extra from what the regular roofers would put with just the felt and then the shingles.  They replaced some of the decking and they put the new material which has the shingles lying flatter so you didn't have to worry about water getting in and causing problems.  My husband knows a lot about roofing because he did a lot of stuff like that.  He has gotten to the age where he couldn't deal with the heat up there so we wanted to get someone to do it.  I asked other people too and they said they had heard about Eicher's.  It's a family owned company.  They came out and they did a great job.  We are pleased with it.  They came in the time they said they were coming.  I would recommend them to a friend or a neighbor.  My husband sat up there with them and said that they did good work.  The company knew that he was looking.  The owner said they appreciated that and that my husband now knew what they went through in a run of the day.  My husband wanted to make sure he watched and make sure that they moved the decking like they were supposed to and not covered it up like the company did before.  The guys did a really good job.  We didn't have any problems with them.  They all were very nice.  They cleaned up around very well."

"They were good. They were pretty fast and came on time. My overall experience with them has been good."
