"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"Mainline did an amazing job on a whole bathroom remodel. Will definitely use again when we continue our home remodeling project."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"George Kenney is great. He helped us with the initial floor-plan and then accommodated us when we changed our minds. He has the patience of a saint! The price quote for the full kitchen remodel is within our budget and is excellent for the size of my kitchen.   Plans for the kitchen remodel will go ahead within the next few months.

"Josh, Chris and their crew are very professional and they make you feel like part of their family. They are attentive to detail and provided great advice when we were making our selections for our remodel. This remodel basically gutted the entire house, top to bottom. They provided us with a rendering of what the kitchen would look like when completed with our selections and other changes, which helped us visualize the completed product. It was fantastic. I have had friends over to my home and I've received so many compliments! They did a fantastic job. I literally have a brand new home at the old address. We couldn't move out while the renovations were in progress, so they rented a pod for me to move our belongings into, no additional charge! How many other contractors would do that? I work from home, and they made sure that I was able to continue to do that the entire time. They were fast, the price was reasonable and the work is beautiful. Josh and Chris remained involved during the entire process and visited my home often to check on progress. What's not to like? I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed."

"I can honestly say that they were very professional and did an awesome job they remodeled my kitchen from top to bottom and I could not be more satisfied. After they finish the kitchen, I rehire them to do a bedroom and it turned out great. They painted the walls re-textured. The ceiling lay down the laminated flooring. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10."

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"I called several contractors before selecting Fine Design Builders for my project. Eric responded immediately and met with me shortly thereafter to start designing my kitchen and provide me a quote. He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. I love my new kitchen and would definitely call Eric and his team again for future projects."

"When I first met Patrick, I was impressed with his professionalism and attitude of "anything is possible". I chose him from all the other professionals I interviewed because of this. He worked with me for the first several months while I decided on cabinet colors and specific design details.  He brought me as many samples of his work and colors as I requested.  He told me at our first meeting that he had jobs on his schedule to complete and that it would be several months before he could dedicate his time 100% to project.  I found this to be true of several other craftsmen.  If they are good at what they do, they are usually booked out for several months.  This worked fine for me as I needed that time to finalized the details. Once the actual construction started, I was again impressed with Patrick's professionalism.  He notified me via text each day when he and TJ were to arrive at my house and what they wanted to accomplish that day. Patrick and TJ work very well together.  They are an excellent team and have the experience to just work together side by side and know what the other is thinking. I  added to the job as it went along discovering things I would like done (big and small).  Patrick took these requests in stride and did everything I asked.  For example, I had originally thought I would keep my drawers and just replace the drawer fronts.  When I saw the beautiful drawers that Patrick created in another area of my kitchen, the old drawers just wouldn't do anymore so I asked Patrick to make 11 more drawers. At the end of every work day, Patrick and TJ cleaned up their work areas and always left my kitchen usable. It has been several weeks since completion of my new kitchen and I couldn't be happier.  I have contacted Patrick several times to come back to adjust little things and he has been excellent at following thru on his work. Patrick and TJ have the ability to create with an artistic eye and a skilled craftsman's hands. I highly recommend True Grain Woodcrafting and once I have created the budget for it, will ask them to work with me on a bathroom project.
