"Very knowledgeable on the tankless water heater he attempted to repair but ultimately manufacturer supplied a brand new unit to us. All went smoothly once new unit was received. Great to have my hot water back!"

My current water heater was thirteen (13) years old and I knew it wouldn't last much longer.  I have been considering a tankless water heater for some time now and read good reviews regarding Noel Enterprises.  I called to set up an appointment and the owner/president, Leon Clayberger, came out to my house the next day to explain in detail everything involved with installing a tankless water heater.  The brand they recommend is Rinnai.  Leon was very detailed and thorough in his presentation to me and guaranteed the quoted price.  He wouldn't even take a down payment!!  That is how confident he was in his product.

We then proceeded downstairs to my basement so that I could show him where my current water heater is and where I would like my new tankless water heater to go.  My current water heater took up a lot of space in the small closet that it was located in, which was an unusual position for it to be placed.  It was put there when the house was built, so I really had no choice in the matter.  I wanted the new tankless water heater to be placed in a hidden corner of my basement, which is exactly where Leon said it would have to go!!  Worked out perfectly.  We set up a date for the following week to have the unit installed.

Come installation day, Leon and his crew arrived a bit early, which was fine by me.  I was impressed to see that the owner/president came with his crew to oversee the entire installation process.  He informed me that he went out on every job his company did.  This to me is the mark of an owner who truly cares about his customers.  It took about four (4) hours to install the tankless water heater.  The entire crew was courteous and neat.  They also removed my old water heater free of charge!!  Now the little closet where it was located in is now a usable storage spot!!

After the installation was over, the crew cleaned up everything very nicely and Leon took the time to explain to me how to maintain it and what to check for.

The tankless water heater works like a charm!!  You never run out of hot water and you don't have to constantly adjust the temperature during a shower when your hot water is getting low.  Yes, it does take just a few more seconds for the water to heat up, but that is inherent with all tankless water heaters.  Also, I can't hear a thing when I turn on my faucet or shower.  I have read where some tankless water heaters make quite a bit of noise when in operation, but this one is very quiet.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the entire process.  Also, the typical life for a tankless water heater is twenty (20) years!!  Now that is impressive.  Noel Enterprises' reputation and good reviews are well deserved.  I plan on using them whenever I need service.

"For the longest time, my husband and I suspected we didn’t have the cleanest of drinking water. We would notice algae growing on the faucet on occasion, there would be days we would notice a change in taste from the day prior, and once you start to question the water you are consuming on a daily basis, that’s when you know it might be time to make some changes. We noticed a difference in taste almost immedely; the water was more refreshing and we found ourselves reaching for refills more often. The water was also crystal clear, another striking difference in the water we had been consuming. The water also made a noticeable impact on the taste for both hot and cold brewed coffees, making both more potent in flavor. Showers are a different experience as well - the shampoo has rinsed completely from my hair and my skin feels cleaner. I have also noticed a difference in my skin complexion; turns out if you don’t have the best of water, it holds oils and grease on your face. The water filtration system was one of the best investments we’ve made in the home to date. The system brings an added sense of security when consuming water, especially after the tests were performed on the city’s drinking water; the chlorine levels were off the charts - quite literally. And in looking at those numbers, in both shock and a little disgust, my husband wondered allowed, “I wonder what the long term effects of that is on your body.” There was no answer and that was answer enough for me to be invested in this product. It has been almost a month with the system and we could not be happier. The installation was seamless, the crew was fantastic to work with and we’ve had no issues with the system. If you have been questioning your drinking water, give them a call to come out and do a test - you will wonder why you didn’t call sooner."

"Jeff is a true subject matter expert. With 30+ years in the industry he came quickly, was prepared, and handled the pressure switch without any delays. I cannot say enough good things about American Clear Water LLC. He was professional, kind, and courteous. He allowed me the opportunity to watch what he was doing and explained in layman's terms. He was fairly priced. I would recommend him to anyone asking for help. He is permanently saved in my phone and I will be calling this gentleman if any other issues arise. Thank you Jeff & American Clear Water LLC for everything."

"They did a good , professional, timely job.  They made sure there were portable heaters while putting in new units."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"We have been using them for years. They put in new heaters in two different house of ours, and hot water heaters in our houses."
