"It went better than I could have hoped for!  Alan is a nice, honest person, with plenty of roofing experience.  The day after I called, he showed up first thing the next morning.   He could tell immediately why our slate roof was leaking into our bathroom and bedroom, and how to repair it - and explained it all to me clearly.  Westside did a great job.  The crew was highly professional, courteous, kind, and efficient.  They were In and out in one day!  I couldn't believe it! They even threw in some extras I hadn't asked for, e.g., rehung a heavy bathroom mirror much more securely than my jerry-rigged method. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
