He asked if I was available the next day and I was. I thought he was going to say a week or so and we had the winter storm coming. On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals.
