They went above and beyond replacing rotted siding as well. My other quotes and other jobs I've hired out, I legitimately had to chase down the contractors. These guys I never had to do that. "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. "The addition to the front living room is used everyday and all parts are holding up and are still looking very nice. Service was good and happy with the addition.?Room that was added to the house was blending in to match the hardwood flooring that already in the house and everything looks great. The addition was just one of the items that was done. I have had several other rooms redone in the house that I am currently living in. Harold has also build counter tops and cabinets customized to my family needs. I have had the re-roof redone with Harold and the siding put on the house. I know Harold has been able to do anything that is needed that I have asked of him to complete."

"The materials were delivered late so the work got delayed. Tom stayed on top of the job and coordinated everything very well. To catch up on the job and beat the coming colder weather, his workers worked an entire weekend to get caught up because of the material delay from the vendor (not their responsibility.) When they hit a snag around the windows caused by the original installation, they found a way to work around the problem, I now have new exterior window mouldings which make the house look much better, His workers were extremely knowledgeable about replacing siding. Very experienced and professional work was done. Also very trustworthy guys. I left the house open while I was at work so they could use the bathroom. Tom also suggested that I side the large shed which is close to the house with the left over material. Good advice. It looks great."
