"Charles is a very personable man and I immediately liked him.  He looked at the pilot, toyed with it a little and then I heard the sound of the water heater turning on.  He went beyond what he was supposed to do (start the water heater) and advised me about carbon monoxide and the importance of placing a detector near the water heater.  I had one that was not installed yet - he took it out of the package and installed it himself.  Upon finishing this I asked him if he knew anything about pellet stoves.  He asked what was the problem I told him and he looked at it explaining what could be the problem.  He took down the name and model number and said he would read the manual and advise me next week if he could fix it.  Charles saved me about $900.00 since another plumber came yesterday looked at the hot water heater and said he would probably have to replace the whole unit.  I will tell my friends and co-workers about Spirit and Truth Plumbing and Heating.  I even have plans for Charles to come back to clean out the water heater vents in a few weeks."
