"I called them and 1:30 and they squeezed me in the same day. It was a wonderful experience. He did an excellent job. If I have any more problems I will definitely call them again to come out. Also, their pricing was reasonable. This company does not even charge you a fee to walk in the door. They look at the problem, they answer all your questions, and explain what they are doing. This company does not charge by the quarter hour. They do their job right the first time."

"I thought it went ok at the time, and it did as far as the completed job went, but I find out now (03/24/15) that they used polybutylene pipe to connect the faucet.  Because of insurance issues I'm now having to have it replaced at a cost of around $1000.  I'm told that plumbers have not used this material for a good while, and I don't understand why it was used here.  I'm disappointed that a "deal" I bought turned out this way.  I contacted the provider who said they no longer do plumbing.  My research shows that the poly was discontinued in 1995 after a class action suit."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"As you can see, there was a variety of things that needed done. Mike and Rita (the Honey Bears) completed all the items on my list in an efficient and professional manner. They first came to my house to see what needed to be done and, since, my fence gates would not close or open properly, they fixed them that day. They gave me an estimate for the work I needed done and the final bill was the same. They even went to Aqua-Draulics in Rockledge to get the replacement faucet. They arrived promptly and worked diligently the entire time they were here. Before they left, they asked me if there was anything else that I needed done and said that if there were any problems to contact them and they would resolve the problems. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
