"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Technician called to see if he could come early because of forecasted rain. He then arrived shortly, introduced himself and asked for specifics on the problem i was having. He helped identify what issues i was having and what wasn't an issue. He then went on the roof inspected and corrected the leak issues - caulking that wasn't originally performed."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"I recommend Wildlife Evictors without reservation, and will definitely call them if I am ever again in need. They were the last of several companies I called, but the first to respond. In spite of the fact that Shinya was only there to provide an estimate, he removed the dead mother raccoon from my attic and took it away with him. After I hired him, he was extremely responsive in spite of my calling him several times when I thought I heard more babies in the attic--all false alarms. His crew was prompt, completely thorough, and entirely professional. They found and blocked off every possible entrance point, and even trimmed overhanging branches from the trees near the house. In addition, Shinya clearly cares about wildlife and will even relocate animals when possible. His work is guaranteed for a year, and I have had no further problems in the months since he did the work."

"It went better than I expected. It started from my meeting with Michael Walker the sales consultant who assured me that he would exceed my expectations for this job. The project manager Hafid was just as assuring and professional, the workers equally professional. The work that I hired them for was not a big job, however, the time they took in replacing my siding spoke volumes to me because it showed me that they take pride in the jobs that they are doing and was meticulous in their work. I did not have to go behind them to clean up, they took care of everything and left me with an even better looking siding. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise."

Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job. Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!! I would like to give Milton and Peachtree Restorations the top rating, we are totally satisfied with their products and services. Peachtree Restorations is the top notch I highly recommend."
