"Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.

"First Class Chimney workers were on time, polite, and very neat. Everything was covered by cloths so as not to allow any dirt in the living room. After the cleaning, they used a camera to show us the inside of the chimney, where the lining had broken and many pieces had fallen off altogether, allowing smoke to go through into the basement. The relining was done and we still had a problem, so the company immediately returned to do more sealing. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem, and it became clear that moving the damper from the bottom of the chimney to the top--usually not a problem, but in our house it was--was the cause. A new damper was ordered and installed, but did not fit quite correctly with our very old fireplace, so a second was ordered, installed, and works perfectly. The company at no time complained about the extra work and was completely dedicated to solving the problem at no extra charge. We were entirely satisfied with their solution and their attitude."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a professional team to install a new concrete patio in my backyard, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, and the results exceeded my expectations. Here's why I highly recommend their services: In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the team that handled my patio concrete installation. Their expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident at every step. Thanks to their work, I now have a beautiful, functional, and long-lasting outdoor space that I can enjoy for years to come."

"Portillo installed all of of our bathroom tile and was great! Quick to respond and very reliable. I will use them again!"

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable, but said I needed a new unit waiting on a check so that I can pick up my new unit but I wish they were able to install it other than that everything went very well"
