"After arriving a bit late (though they were very good about keeping me updated regarding the delay), Tony was great about trying to help us identify the source of a leak causing a significant muddy area in the yard. When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it."

The work was done well; the plumber was courteous and explained his work. The owner called after the work was completed. I was suspect of the inflated cost and called a friend, placing him on speaker so the tech could explain or justify the repair. Needless to say, I declined the service and ask him to leave. The next morning I had another company (Plum Right LLC) to come out and received the service I was expecting, professional, honest and straight forward. Sadly, there are companies out here attempting to take advantage of customers. Benjamin Franklin attempted to over charge me by $600! A $100 job, to include the service charge for $700!! Shame on you Benjamin Franklin! Thank you Plum Right!! EH"

"Serviced was performed. The technician and assistant arrived wearing masks. They were very polite and professional. He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement. Service was performed rather quickly, within an hour after actual work was begun. I would definitely hire them again."
