"I requested a quote from Carolina Premier Window Films and within a day or two Michelle was at the house and on time. I was given some examples of different films and had many questions answered. The next day I had a professional quote emailed to me with a detail description of what they do and do not do. I talked to 2 other companies who would not come out but want me to count the windows and give them the size for a quote, they do not come to the house for a quote, Michelle was a little higher but with the quote containing all the information and what they will due, the warranty by the Carolina Premier Window Films and the warranty by the film company and the responsiveness back and forth with Michelle, it was a no brainier they were a reliable company. I sign an eSignature in the email and then got a call to schedule a day to do the work. On the day for the work to be performed I got a call from Mike the installer that he will be there as scheduled and is on his way. Mike came in looked at all the windows and explained what needs to be done. As he was installing I asked a tone of question about the film, how to clean it and some warranty questions. Mike answered all my questions. Mike was very knowledgeable of the window tinting business, he knew how to start, where to setup and how to get the job done. Mike was so informative, knowledgeable, professional and respectful that between Mike and Michelle I could not be happier with my investment and comfort knowing that I got a good job and a good price."
