"I was satisfied. It was a very brief very and a short issue but they were good to work with. We were getting ready to sell the house, the buyer had an issue with the water pressure, and it was during the bitter cold time when everyone's water pipes were bursting. We had them scheduled to come and look at the water pressure but they didn't show up. When we called they said they would come a little late, we said that's fine because we knew there were lot of burst water pipes and ours was not nearly severe. However, they didn't call and when they didn't show up, I called their office and there was somebody there after hours. They didn't take my call but they immediately called my husband and apologized for not getting back with him and told him that it would be later. They did show up two hours later, they didn't call us to tell us they were going to but they said the technician was not told to be called. He stayed until all my questions were answered. He was very proficient and he was very professional. Even though it was cold and he had been in cold water all day, he was very good and I was very pleased. It only cost me $50 even though he showed up after hours so that was good. He was sitting in cold basements the whole day, so he was having a miserable day and he still came and did my call so I was very happy."

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

He was competitive in his pricing and adjusted his schedule to install a new water heater the same day. By 4:00, Norris had my new water heater completely installed ad operating. "Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."
