"I recently had a new water heater installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I am very pleased with the new hot water heater. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of water heater installation services."

"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"I was satisfied. It was a very brief very and a short issue but they were good to work with. We were getting ready to sell the house, the buyer had an issue with the water pressure, and it was during the bitter cold time when everyone's water pipes were bursting. We had them scheduled to come and look at the water pressure but they didn't show up. When we called they said they would come a little late, we said that's fine because we knew there were lot of burst water pipes and ours was not nearly severe. However, they didn't call and when they didn't show up, I called their office and there was somebody there after hours. They didn't take my call but they immediately called my husband and apologized for not getting back with him and told him that it would be later. They did show up two hours later, they didn't call us to tell us they were going to but they said the technician was not told to be called. He stayed until all my questions were answered. He was very proficient and he was very professional. Even though it was cold and he had been in cold water all day, he was very good and I was very pleased. It only cost me $50 even though he showed up after hours so that was good. He was sitting in cold basements the whole day, so he was having a miserable day and he still came and did my call so I was very happy."

"We woke up to a severe water leak in our house. Jeramy worked around Service Master as they were trying to contain the damage. He located the problem and had it taken care of immediately. Thank You."

"Guys did a great job! I would hire them again for future work. Jason was very customer focused and worked with me on the estimate and design of the system. Dave and Solomon did a great job with the install, and Jason was there as well to insure it went as planned. Guys were friendly, courteous, respectful, professional. Tankless systems are expensive, no two ways around it and that was the only reason I gave 4.5 on value, but Acme was fair with their price and I expect it will be well worth it. Thank you, Acme."

"At 1:45 PM I saw my water heater leaking. I called three different plumbers and Norris Family Plumbing was the only one that responded promptly. He was competitive in his pricing and adjusted his schedule to install a new water heater the same day. By 4:00, Norris had my new water heater completely installed ad operating. I will call him first with any other plumbing needs I might have. A1 in every respect!!!"

"It went extremely well. The technician was professional and thorough. He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"They were prompt, left the house clean where they worked, and had it completed in a short period of time.  They explained everything very clearly about the care and operation of the unit, and were friendly and polite.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install any type of water purification or water softener in their home.  They are clearly the experts and not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing they have to offer.  They will also make sure you get the right size water softener for the number of people in your home and the amount of water you generally use."

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"They were able to replace my water heater the next morning. I would definitely use them again."
