".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism. They did this job on the hottest day of the year and on a Saturday! The main water supply had to be moved and as a result needed an emergency water shut off. They paid for that and for the parts necessary to move the plumbing for the main water supply.. not only that they made my plumbing for the water softener much cleaner by properly positioning them. I had tried repairing the unit myself by replacing a door switch, but his diagnosis determined that it was one of the other door switches which was failing. He replaced it and so far it's working fine. My only disappointment was that the Angie's list site said there was a $60 trip charge, but I was charged $80. He explained that it's been $80 for a while, so not sure how the site did not get updated. When comparing companies to come out, that's an important factor and needs to be right."
