"Jamie provided great service. He was quick to come out and fix the problem with my dishwasher installation. He explained the steps to me and fixed it the correct way! I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I would highly recommend using Jamie and Got Your 6 Plumbing!"

"It went well. The repairmen called and arrived promptly to look at my project. It was repaired quickly and he did a good job of explaining to me what the problem was and what he did to correct it."

"Absolutely perfect! Very friendly and professional. He was on time and had everything needed to complete my request."

"This project turned out beautifully! Alex was quick to respond to my message and promptly set up a date to assess the project and give me a quote. He was very helpful in assisting me to find the right materials and has fair pricing. We scheduled to start the project the following week and they showed up on time, and completed within the expected time frame. The quality of work was impeccable and turned out far better than I had even planned. All good things! Not to mention, as a nightshift nurse, they had my complete trust as I had to sleep during the day and leave in the afternoon for work, cleaning and locking up when they left for the day. Could not have asked for a better experience :)"

"For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."

"They did a good job, professional, and on time."

"Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.
