"Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). "It was over Christmas time so it took a long time for them to get out. I didn't feel like he gave me much of their ideas. My kitchen doesn't work for me and I gave them a picture of what I wanted. I didn't feel like they met that. They fell short of my expectations. It didn't cost more. They measured and looked around. The drawings that they gave me weren't significantly different than what I have. I think it was a good price. It would go towards the price if I did the work. They know what they are doing."
