(I was at work) I spent 30 minutes after work suctioning up the excess solution with my carpet cleaning machine! This was a disaster! This particular franchise will NOT respond to complaints and all calls go to headquarters in Ohio. Paul Carson, Customer Relations Manager, Stanley Steemer International, refuses to refund any money and offered a $50 gift card to Stanley Steemer or to let them come back and clean our carpet! I will not allow them in our home again. FYI: Nineteen of 28 reviews on Yelp are 1 star and the BBB has MANY 1 star reviews.
