""Over the years I have had a number of different contractors and people that have done a variety of different things at my house and have rarely been satisfied and had just about given up hope that honest companies that operate with integrity and believe in doing quality work and providing good service actually existed , then I found Northern Pacific Exteriors. A neighbor recommended them and I knew right from the beginning they were different . The line of communication was exceptional . They answered all our questions , kept us informed during every stage of the process and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Even when I had a problem with the permit they had it fixed within an hour. I'm rarely wowed by a company but I could sum up me experience in one word WOW. I would highly recommend Norther Pacific Exteriors for any exterior housing need you may have I'm sure you'll be very happy."

"Stay away from this company. The sales guy will over promise, while the installer under delivers. Fascia board and flashing were incorrectly installed on my front porch, causing rain to drip between the back of the gutter and fascia. Then I was told, it's the best they could do. They also installed new gutters over rotted wood, after I asked both, the sales member, and the installer to replace the rotted section. I'll be correcting these issues on my own since the company refuses to stand behind their work."

"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Brad came to look at the siding on 100+ year old house. Because I have 5 year plans to expand the house and separated garage, we went through lots of scenarios for protecting the house now for less money since everything will be redone during the expansion. And Brad was amazing. He helped me figure out a plan that was affordable and made so much sense for what I’m looking to do. I don’t always have the greatest experiences with various folks involved in home repair (plumbers, electricians), and was almost crying by how understanding and helpful he was. I wasn’t upsold anything and when he left I felt so much more informed and excited to have found my siding people for when I do replace it all down the line. Thank you to Brad!!"

"Armor Exteriors completed three jobs for us and we were pleased with the work completed on each one: They installed a new door and storm door. Demolished an old deck and built a new deck and cover. Repairs and upgrades to our garage doors and frame. Their estimates were comprehensive and competitive. They were always there when they said they would be (some contractors leave you waiting). They were always professional, polite and cleaned up the work area each day. We plan to have them do more work for us and recommend them highly."

If you decide to work with Jason, exercise extreme caution: insist on written contracts, verify progress before releasing payments, and don?t rely on verbal assurances. After I posted a truthful review on the company website I was blocked from the site and my review was removed. I hope this warning helps others avoid the same problems."
