"Very well done job! Service technicians were knowledgeable and professional, thorough and efficient, kind and polite. I highly recommend the company for basement service."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Pedro and team solved an ongoing pond drainage issue that was able to be resolved. Many companies came and charged us money for half a job and this was not the case with AG. They were professional, proficient and quickly got to the source of the problem in one day. Prices were fair and they did not have to come back as they had all the supplies they needed to start and finish the job which is very rare for a major culvert issue like this one."

"Vincent knows the cement business. I learned a lot from him. He replaced old cement floor and driveway. He works hard for his customers even weekends when circumstances dictate. I plan to hire him again to install patio stone when I choose the material and design."

"Had Bilco basement door installed with some concrete foundation work. Excellent job start to finish. Would hire this company and crew again if a future project should arise."

"Kris came out with an assistant to the property on a rainy day and performed the inspection promptly. He informed me of the work to be done and let me through a visual inspection of the work that would need to be done. He gave me a rough cost estimate as well."

"Empire Construction and Waterproofing is the best in CT! They were able to correct an unhealthy, mold-ridden situation - my garage had no existing drainage system. Mr. K and his Team excavated and designed a drainage syatem that completely resolved the problem. Mr. K is reliable and communicates well throughout the process. He and his Team were efficient and attacked the problem with sincere effort and determination. The project was carefully planned and executed in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Kris and his Team!"

"Nick and team were extremely helpful, informative, responsive and did exactly what they said they were going to do (and even better when they said they were going to do it). Nick was very reachable via email and was more than willing to help. I hope to never need a foundation expert again, but if I do I know that I would definitely have them do the work."
