He determined that caulk on a vent had lost its seal. He wanted a better caulk than he was carrying on his truck for the repair. He returned after lunch with the right caulk and resealed both garage roof vents. Adam texted me at 2:00 that the repair was complete. In my case, he used 6 workers to get the job done. Clean up after the job was thorough and also performed immediately after the job was complete, so shingles and excess construction materials didn't clutter the yard or driveway. What impressed me most, is that Mr. Newby staffs well. Some contractors may try to lowball a bid, but then only staff with a couple of workers and the construction job drags on forever.
