"The tear out and installation went well. The crew arrived on time, the job was completed within the estimated time we were given.  <br /> The fence is well made, the materials are good quality and they are one of the only companies that offer a 10 year warranty. <br /> Cisco (the owner) came out on the last day to make sure we were happy with the project and he made sure the little things we were concerned about were taken care of immediately. In addition, he had his crew add some design details to the fence at no charge because he wanted it to have a nice drive up appeal. Overall, we got a very nice, solid fence for the money we spent. <br /> Follow up: Fast forward one year and the erosion problem returned in an area they had reenforced the landscape wall. I contacted them by email three times with no response. I then called Cisco on his cell phone and left a message. No response.  <br /> I called back and was able to connect with Cisco who apologized and sent Hugo to my house to assess the situation. Hugo agreed that the issue needed to be addressed and it fell under warranty. This was Friday, February 26. Hugo told me he would contact me on the following Monday February 29, and setup a time for repairs. I called Cisco on Thursday March 3rd to find out repair timing. He again apologized for the delayed response and told me his crew would be out on Saturday to affect repairs. <br /> At 11 am on Saturday, I called to determine when the crew would arrive and was told they were finishing a job and would be there soon. They arrived about 1 pm. The crew spoke broken English and between that and my broken Spanish, we were able to communicate. They made the repairs but did not have a clear work order so when I asked them to look at the other area Hugo and I had discussed, they seemed a bit put out. They did the repair but then quickly said thank you and goodbye (I feel) to ensure I did not find something else to keep them there about. (to be fair, that is just my perception but is that not what matters in a customer relationship?) I feel like they should come back with a load of dirt to backfill what was lost but I will not ask them to do that.  <br /> Bottom Line:  <br /> The fence is of very good quality materials, workmanship and design and should last a long time <br /> I do believe the owner, Cisco will stand behind his work. I feel he is a man of integrity but has some people working for him that don't have the same level of commitment to customer service. <br /> I think they lose track of some things because they have gotten very busy and do not have an efficient system to manage their business. <br /> Their salesperson, Hugo, is young and needs to understand that well organized communication is critical to maintaining a happy customer. Had he stayed in contact with me and ensured I knew what would be happening and when, this review would have gotten MUCH better ratings. <br /> Would I hire them again, yes but I would make sure they understood what I expect of them regarding communication. <br /> <br />"

"Great experience. Ali took the time to perform a thorough assessment of the condition of my fence and provided my written recommendations for repair and pricing. She made is simple to pick it the best color for stain. Originally was a 2 week wait for work to take place, but that changed the next day and Ali let me know the had an opening and asked if they could start the following day. One crew came is and pressure washed the fence and 20 minutes later another crew was there to perform the repairs. End of day one had all the repairs and prep done. The next morning the two man crew was there to stain. They worked diligently and made sure that all the hardware and posts were left pristine. The took care to only stain the fence and not the house. Julio and his crew knocked the job out quickly and without any mess! Great folks, honest, and very good communicators."

"We were splitting the cost with one adjoining neighbor. This seemed to be a challenge for our very young sales rep. After contacting them early in the summer to get a bid it took until early fall before we could get the fence built due to poor communications with the company and neighbors. In the end we were very pleased with the job. I would recommend this company but be prepared to do the follow up calling yourself. Also be present while fence is being installed. We almost had a gate joining our back neighbors. They are ok but we did not want or ask for gate there. Love the final project and are considering another fence project using Precision. <br />"

In traveling through the neighborhood, some of the best built fences had a “Barletta Construction” nameplate. So I decided to give them a call and and spoken with Julio - the owner. Julio was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When he came to the house to measure the fence, he reviewed every detail and made meticulous notes. He was prompt about getting a detailed quote back to me and was extremely easy to work with. The price was in line with my budget expectations based on the quality of the fences I have seen - Not the bottom price estimate, but the by far the best value in terms of quality. His crew came out to the house as scheduled and did an excellent job. They installed an 8’ fence that replaced an old 6’ fence along with correcting any of the foundational issues from the old fence. What we were left with is exceptional!! This truly transformed our backyard and gives us additional privacy, plus an upgrade to the aesthetic. I would highly recommend Julio and Barletta Construction."

"Greg installed our fence in 2003. We have used it at all times during the last 21 years and it has not only kept kids and animals out of our pool (except when we wanted our kids and others in the pool), but it has also kept out grass clippings from lawnmowers and some leaves. Recently 85-90 mph winds damaged a small part of our fence (and caused four significant branches from our large oak tree to fall). Greg repaired that part of our fence at no charge even though the damage was due to an Act of Nature instead of a defect. Highly recommend!"

"Wes is a very professional and hardworking one-man-show! He pulled up all three damaged posts, repositioned our fence panel and then added concrete and set the metal poles. He came back several days later to clean up the leftover concrete and to make sure the poles had set correctly as well as to even out the tops of the poles and cap them off. Wes was in consistent contact with me as to when he would be at our house and what exactly what he was going to be doing. His price was very reasonable. I appreciate his hard work and effort!
