"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"i have purchased a maintenance program, and they follow-up about every couple of months to review the computer and be sure all is good. Very professional and perfect for an elder who has not kept up with all the computer changes and advancements. In addition to the maintenance program, they are "on call" for me to contact them ANYTIME that I need computer or phone assistance. I love having the peace of mind with all the scams via internet these days."

"Honest, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use PC Helper again. Very good experience!"

"I first contact Goodberg Computer Services to take care of my laptop. At the end, he ended up fixing our internet at home, upgrading our modem, fixing the airport, and even dealing with Time Warner/Spectrum over the phone - which is always a pain, and he did it with no problems; even got us a better deal with them"

"Gabriel did excellent work for me in upgrading my homework for Windows 10. He visited my home twice, personally, and, once remotely. He is very service oriented and committed to customer satisfaction. I will definitely hire him again, when needed."

"Microsoft certified efficient at solving multiple problems with computer and phones. Would hire again"

"Johnny is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He makes sure that you receive the service and products that you want. No upselling for unnecessary repairs or equipment. He is very dependable and looks to build long-term relationships with his customers. I am 100% satisfied."
