Most of your professional landscapers require that you use their grass for any overseeding projects, but in my case I had already purchased a seed of preference and Isaac was willing to accommodate. I had also personally did the first dethatching of the lawn 1 week prior. Isaac was very responsive with giving me a quote, which was fair. In fact, I ended up calling him back days later to see if he could do the job about a week earlier than what we had originally scheduled and thankfully he was accommodating in meeting my wish during one of the busiest times of the fall season. Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs.
