"When we had a few referred contractors fall through, we found John on Angie's List and are happy we did. We needed to get new flooring and our backsplash tiled. He was responsive, came out right away to give us an estimate. We asked if he would be able to work within our timeline and he was. He put in the LVT flooring throughout our kitchen, living room and hallway - it's beautiful and tiled the backsplash, also lovely. When we ran into an issue with our hood venting he was able to fix that with no issues. We were able to order all the materials through him and the cost includes materials and labor. The pricing wasn't much different than a big box store, and being able to work directly with him and not a third party was much nicer. We will use him again when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"

"We loved working with Stan — he was responsive, committed to the timeline, and his work was impeccable. His bid was competitive and he was flexible to work with us in talking through decisions and materials. We would absolutely hire him again!"

"I received quotes from 3 contractors on the remodeling of 2 bathrooms. Each quote was well over my budget. I emailed Ron Houghton to explain my project and tell him what my budget was. He called quickly and explained that by working together we could achieve what I wanted at the price I wanted. We met soon after and made a plan that would fit my budget and that I would be happy with. I felt that he truly listened to me and offered many helpful suggestions. I was confident that he was the right person for me to hire. My top priority was to have someone in my home that I felt comfortable with and was trustworthy, as I live alone. I could not have been more pleased with my choice. Ron was professional in every way. He kept me informed, asked for my opinion, cleaned up thoroughly daily. He went out of his way to assist me; brought in garbage cans, disposed of old paint, and petted my crazy dogs. Little things matter! The crews that Ron hired to come in were also very courteous and professional. I am thrilled with my bathrooms! I am highly recommending Ron Houghton for any remodeling needs. You will not be disappointed."

"We just had Triple D Construction re-side our home. It was a pleasure dealing with people who were not only very personable, but highly professional as well. Owner Paul DeRosia and his employee Ryan, were meticulous in their work from start to finish and completed the job on time. All this, AND a fair price! This fall/winter we are remodeling our bathroom, and it feels great knowing we have found someone we trust to do the job and to do it right."

"They provided great customer service and provided timely renovations and were on schedule. Great service overall, will be back in the future!!"

"We had a huge project including residing, decking, railing, a deck cover, and whole house paint. Superior Home took on the work and delivered phenomenal results, we could not be happier. Ismael is an incredible craftsman, very intuitive to our vision with an eye for detail. The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table. His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the job site leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodeling process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing the beautiful work of Ismael, and came up with our punch list: Absolutely nothing! Superior Homemade our project was a pleasure. I highly recommended them."

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"

"There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors.
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

I found Jay?s pricing to be more than competitive and his input and
options to be rock solid.  He was easy to work and his constant
communication on the project was refreshing.  He was on the job site or
involved with the work underway on a daily basis.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Jay Bemis to anyone considering a
construction or renovation project; you simply can not do better."

"Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself. We needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew responded to my request very quickly. He asked questions about the situation that showed he had the expertise we needed. He came to the house within a day of agreeing to perform the work and completed the most urgent task that day. He needed other tools to complete the installation of the grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, so he had to return at a later time. He communicated clearly when he could return and completed the task. Additionally, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to workMatthew Bruce exceeded our expectations.
