Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!"

"The time from our initial call to tech on site was the next AM. The tech called about 30 mins before his arrival. Our water heater is 14 years old so we feared the worst. However the problem was merely a pilot light that went out. The tech made sure the pilot light was working and the water heater was heating properly.
