"Ti was able to schedule same day installation after a holiday weekend, when our water heater decided to burst. Cameron was very professional and water heater installation went very smooth. Also, did some code corrections that the previous plumber had installed. I would definitely hire this company for another plumbing project."

"He did good work. But afterwards I realized, I no longer have an external water spigot. When he did the repair I got water to my home but not to outside. I was charged $700.00 for $30.00 worth of pex pipe and fitting. I went online later and realized 200 ft of pex pipe and fittings $120.00. Here's a link [Link removed]"

"Working with D&F Plumbing was an excellent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I need their services. We called about having a tankless gas water heater installed and Joe H. came out quickly and gave me a thorough and fair estimate - there were no surprises and every detail was explained. We needed to have a gas line run to the heater, the unit itself, and the work. It was all upfront and fair. Joe H and Will F. arrived right on time on the day we scheduled and they worked all day until the job was completed. They treated our house so carefully and were really pleasant while they worked - they didn' mind our dog supervising them all day either, she didn't mind the attention either. We kept peeking at the work and both Joe H. and Will F. were patient in explaining what they were doing and they genuinely seemed excited with us that we have a brand new, amazing tankless water heater. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived, the tank looks great, the exhaust vents are perfect and this job could not have gone better for us. If it was difficult for them they didn't let us know. After the job was done both Joe H. and Will F. spent time going over what they had done, the basics of operating the unit, and answered all of our questions. I am sure Portland is filled with plumbers who are just as good, I doubt you'll find any better."

"I was notified by my water bureau that I had a major pipe leak and was horrified to learn that the leak added up to 10,000 gallons more than my normal usage in a billing cycle. I contacted Anton Beslic at MasterWorks Plumbing based on the stellar Angi reviews. He came over the following morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes: an old and cracked PVC pipe leading from the house to the meter. Anton made the arrangements to get the job started and mostly completed the following day. That involved getting a permit from the city; having officials mark on my lawn where fiber optic cables, gas lines, etc., were located; hiring a company to bore a new service line from the meter to the house crawl space; installing a quality 60’ pipe that will last way beyond my lifetime; installing an expansion tank on the water heater; and arranging for a final inspection from the city. Anton also installed a main house shut off in the closet next to the crawl space entry, which I did not have previously. I was so impressed by his professionalism, skill, and attention to detail and am forever grateful for how quickly he got the job done. I highly recommend MasterWorks plumbing!"

"Put in request late last night and had a call first thing this morning and had a new hot water heater install shortly after lunch."

"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"Very fast response with high quality workmanship, professional and courteous personality. Fair prices when compared to other plumbing competitors.. I was always given options for possible solutions so I was able to make the final decision as how to proceed. Hired multiple times for both my personal residence as well as my rental property. Jobs include fixed broken underground water line, installation of plumbing fixtures and replacing clogged drain lines. I Highly Recommend this company and will gladly use them again when the need arises."

"The time from our initial call to tech on site was the next AM. The tech called about 30 mins before his arrival. Our water heater is 14 years old so we feared the worst. However the problem was merely a pilot light that went out. The tech made sure the pilot light was working and the water heater was heating properly. He explained how to relight the pilot light very clearly. He then provided us with estimates for various replacement water heaters but without any sales pressure. Our tech Vitaly G. was very pleasant and very professional. The total cost was ~$180."

"Management was helpful getting issues resolved, but this was a simple job that I thought about doing myself. Should have not needed to deal with less than experts considering how much it cost just to run a vent pipe through a roof."

"I am very happy with the service and the attention to detail. Hans installed a new water heater for me and updated items that needed to be brought up to code. He made sure it worked properly and everything was clean when he left. I will use NW Sundance again."
