Having not gone through this process before, I had many questions. James was prompt in returning my phone calls/texts and willing to meet with me when I requested and he answered all questions to my satisfaction. He worked directly with my insurance company and explained the entire process to me. We had to wait until this past April for the roof installation due to Wisconsin winter weather. As soon as the weather allowed, his crew was there and installed the roof. I can't say enough about the work ethic of his crew that did our roof. It was very windy the day they began our job and did the roof tear off. They cleaned up everything around the entire neighborhood. I did not hear one complaint about debris in our neighbors' yards. AMAZING. They day after the completion of our job, James personally came and inspected the job and the cleanup. I have yet to find one nail in our yard. UNBELIEVABLE! "I took a half day off work to be available and the Roofer did not show up or call to say he wouldn't be able to make appt. I called him and he apologized and said he would come the next day and that it wasn't necessary for me to be there. He did show up the following day, and seems to have performed the work. He left a form advising of the work performed and an evaluation of the roof's condition.

"We had a double pane sliding glass door that I wasn't sure if I should go with vinyl or what to replace it.  Larry came over and we talked about the difference and we decided to have a triple pane vinyl sliding door put in. Boy did we make the right decision !! We absolutely love it. They had the old door ripped out and the new door installed in no time. They cleaned up the mess and took all the old stuff with them. About a month or so later we called Larry to ask him about siding. He spent alot of time with us explaining the difference between the different sidings. We had steel siding and now have vinyl and they did an awesome job. Everyone was so polite and professional and took time to answer any questions we had. We would definitelytell anyone, if you need windows or anything done to your house, this company is great."
