Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. All I needed was a plunger replaced and I was out of town and could not do it myself. It was a simple fix, yet it was suggested I might actually consider replacing the entire toilet!
