He was very knowledgeable and prepared, that really goes a long way to impressing a customer. While we were very sold with Fritz, we did decide to visit his showroom to see more samples. While he was not there that day, the gal manning the store did not disappoint. She was very helpful and even showed us some of the other products that they sell. She even helped us facilitate a date that was way ahead of their competitors schedules. The crew got to our house a little late on installation day but we live in the country and that happens to alot of folks when they come out to our place. They were very efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Fritz has trained them well! He did call after installation to be sure we were happy with the results and that there were no problems. Overall we would have nothing negative to say about Innovative Garages, their employees or the owner. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
