Richard called me the next day and I informed him that I had a ceiling fan put by a non professional and it was not working. Richard immediately made an appointment to come in. He showed up on a Saturday as scheduled on time and went to work taking apart the fan. He then connected all electrical wires properly and re-installed the fan. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."
