"Excellent wish all my contractors came out this good.  showed up for the estimate on time and had a video that showed the steps to fix the basement.  measured  the basement and made up contract.  when I mentioned angies list and deals offered we built it right into contract without printing coupons and stuff. were quick with availability came out the following week.  foreman (Dan) was on time and double checked everything before starting .Wanted to move sump pump and outside drain to a less used area. not a PROBLEM. Was loud and cold in the house all day as if you run the furnace while they work it comes through the vents.  laid out carpet protectors and were done in only 1 day (the estimator planned 2)  Jackhammered the floor out and dug down to foundation laid new drains and installed new sump pump. they brought 5 people and they all worked hard constantly for the day.  lost track of all the buckets after 30 (5 gal. buckets).removed with old crap.  Explained all the warranties and paperwork with new sump pump.  Have to wait for the concrete to dry. it's now 3 days later and I'm ready to put the basement back together.  Looks great and can't wait to use the basement without wet and damp floors and walls furnace)  did forget to put screen back in basement window but if you have leaky walls and damp floors this is nice.  any problems after the next big rain I'll let ya's know.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Amazing! Spidy woman plumbing did such a great job in our new.house, I couldn't reccommed them more highly! They were incredibly punctual with every issue presents, respectful and cleanly in my not so cleanly house and kept everything professional. Al had to go through the sheetrock in one of my closest to access a pipe where the sink needed to drain, and when he got through the sheetrock he still couldn't gain access to that pipe so he quickly came up with another solution to blow our pipes with a garden hose which did the trick no problem! Dawn came to assess the situation the day before and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. All and all 10/10 and would / will use them again in the future for any of our plumbing / heating related needs!!!!
