This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. "Excellent communication from the office. Steven came at the time that I was told and completed a sump pump replacement. He was patient and communicated with me very well. I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation.
