"My central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Arctic Air Conditioning and was given an appointment for the following day. Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

"I hired Air Quality HVAC LLC to replace an old Central Air Conditioning unit that hadn't worked in years. Art the owner, showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. He inspected my old A/C unit, and discussed my options for replacement. Art was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He installed the new A/C unit and replaced the damaged duct work. As requested, he also installed a new thermostat. He cleaned up after the installations, and made sure that both the A/C unit and thermostat were working correctly. I'm completely satisfied with Air Quality HVAC, and highly recommend them."

"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue). The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"The installation went very well. The installation team, Rabi, Moe, and Murad, did an excellent job. They were hard working, courteous, respectful of us and our property. They explained the steps for the work carefully and involved us in decision making for several steps of the process. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were with us for four days and each day they provided the same level of service. Our case manager, Rachael, kept us informed each step of the way. She answered questions quickly. Good experience. I would hire them again."

"Just moved to a new area and looked for a contractor to install Central A/C and ductwork. The estimate they gave us matched up perfectly to what the job actually costed. They were able to start the next day. The work crew arrived promptly every day at 8am and didnt leave until 6:30 every evening. They were sure to clean up at the end of each day and worked cleanly and efficiently. Rob, Mike and John along with Andreas and Stalin made this process absolutely seamless for us. We couldnt have asked for a better group to take of our first home. Mike called me for a couple days following installation to see everything was working correctly. Truly wonderful people to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again and i recommend them for HVAC and any other service they provide."

"Excellent communication from the office. Steven came at the time that I was told and completed a sump pump replacement. He was patient and communicated with me very well. I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming. I will be back to install a new backup pump from Good Tidings!"

"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"Replaced & installed 3 ton coil & 3 ton condenser unit by Tony. He was prompt to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use him for any of my HVAC needs in the future."
