They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. He has taught his crew how to do the work and requires the same dedication and professionalism from them that he models. He will show you pictures of completed jobs and help you choose the best colors for your house. You will not be disappointed."

I received quotes from 4 companies in our region and the representative Cassie Selle was absolutely knowledgeable and professional in her assessment and the confidence in the quote provided. We had a full resurface done to our pool and after consultation with Cassie we visited their company site and they had displays with the majority of all the choices in material they provide for resurfacing. Then the whole plan started to be executed. The onsite Project Manager kept us informed and comfortable with every step in the process. Bill, the owner, came to our home to measure and install a 36" x 25" granite countertop with an 8" backsplash for a new cabinet we had ordered for our kitchen. We wanted a granite that would be similar to our existing in color and tone and an edge that would match our existing. We understood that the granite would not be a match due to the fact that our existing granite was 20 years old. That is not the problem. The edge is the problem thin, cheap looking, and does not match our existing edge. WE PAID $890.00 FOR THIS CHEAP looking job. So Bill comes to my home to see my complaint and says that I ordered the wrong thickness for that edge. I chose 3 mm thickness, and it should have been 2 mm. AS the customer, I do not know the outcome of 3mm vs. 2mm. Bill knew I was putting my trust in the professional I thought he was. Bill was at my home and saw my existing edge. Bill (being the pro) should have told me and I would have chosen something else. I wish Bill would have directed me to the 2mm. So Bill says he'll "redu" the job with 2 mm for an additional $750.00. What do you think? The lighter, thin top is the new one from Tintas. It looks unfinished? Waste of money."
