Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."

We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. I contacted their office late at night and they were able to schedule Chris the manager the next morning to provide me with a free second opinion. "Simi Valley - Service is good but they are pricey. Drain line under bathroom sink needed to have p-trap and clean out plug replaced. Hands were pretty much tied with an open clean out. Gave price of 2400. To make the repair. Now, I know it could be opening a can of worms but it could also be an easy repair, which it was. It was a 4 to 5 hour job. Probably won’t be using them in the future."
