He called it a miscommunication. I did not appreciate it. The start time also changed a couple times when subs no showed the first scheduled day. Overall, the floors are great."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
