"Daniel gave me a very fair and extremely reasonable prices to install a 200 amp service panel, 4 GFCI circuits and 9 wall switches. He pulled permits for all the work and it was subsequently all signed off without issue. After his first day of work, I noticed that he left residue on my kitchen floor. We discussed the issue and he resolved it the next day. Daniel did not give me advance notification that he charged a fee to pull a permit. I explained to him that he should always provide that information in advance. He seemed receptive to my conversation. I vetted Daniel regarding his license, bond and worker's comp insurance. He was able to provide proof of all of it. I would use him again. I would ensure that the project expectations be discussed and noted in a contract."
