Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. "Dave did an awesome job cleaning our carpet. We had three rooms done of about 410 square feet of carpet. First he applied a pre-treatment that I believe helps emulsify the dirt, then he comes with his steam and vacuum wand and goes to it. It took him maybe 45 minutes and the results were great! He brought in a mop to make sure any wet spots are removed form hard floors, but there really wasn't any to speak of. Overall, I am very happy with the job he did!
