"Over the last 10 years we have had Quality Builders help with remodeling and new construction at our home and business. They have always been very professional. They show up when they say they are going to and work hard the entire time they are present. Their employees are skilled and the finished product looks great. They have communicated well, and, as projects have gone along, have stayed in touch and return phone calls, so that both parties are able to complete projects with a minimum of disruption I highly recommend Quality Builders for your next home or business remodel."

"Over the past several years Advanced Construction, headed up by Dan Diaz, completed several projects at my house in Cambria, CA. The first project was a major, major success. Dan discovered the source and repaired a leak into my house that plagued me for years. He succeeded where others cost me a lot without solving the problem. Advanced Construction also proved invaluable preparing my Cambria house for sale during 2021. He and his son replaced doors and nearly all the windows in the house. They also made major repairs to deck beams. What he charged was reasonable and well worth it. You can count on Advanced Construction for new construction, renovations and repairs to your house or business. Dan is truly skilled, professional, and reliable."

"French drain had to be dug, hole was at least 5 feet deep on the side of my house (at the top of the slope and got shallower the farther down you went). Randy Johnson's crew spread thick water-proofing (tar-like stuff) all along the block fondation of my home as well as on the inside all along the foundation where the water was entering my home. A nice, sturdy drain pipe was added and the hole was filled back up. A more powerful sump pump was hooked up that automatically turns on and off and it was dug down deeper along the foundation of the home in the crawl space to catch the water and pump it out quickly. The work was done in a timely manner. Randy and his crew were always on time and professional. Randy guaranteed his work and has called me numerous times after a heavy rain to check on our house and see if we're still staying dry. There was some slight moisture on one occasion and Randy brought his crew back over to add a little more water-proofing in the corner where the moisture was found. Randy and his crew may be a little more expensive than others; but, his guarantee of 100% satisfaction on his work is worth the extra money. Some contractors are all talk; but, Randy truly holds true to his word."

"These guys are so good I tell you they don't miss a lick. I was so so relieved when they came and took over my job because they knew exactly what to do when to do it where to do it and better yet how to do it. C h a n e the owner is absolutely the nicest guy polite kind considerate to your needs and is certain to get the job done before you pay a dime his health is also very respectful everyone has their personal niche that they do and they all do it 110% with a great attitude a smile on their face and you just keep adding stuff you want done to your house because you see how good is getting done no way do they have measures anything everything is done with extraordinary care and pride in their work I could go on and on and on but the best way you can know what's true and what's not is to hire them you absolutely will not be disappointed not one bit they're the best group of people I've ever had work for me one knows what the other one needs when he needs it they work well together they work well with you there or without you there I just can't say enough about these guys in the work performance that they show the workmanship is phenomenal I would hire them today if I could think of one more thing left to do at my house however I think they about covered it for now I will be adding a garage later and they will be doing it I can assure you that. As far as I'm concerned no one will ever touch my house again other than them they put everyone else to shame I thank God I found them I thank God they all are seriously fit kind considerate clean and professional. "Community Builders did a great job on my roof. They also did siding and windows on my home. It has been a few years now, and I have had no issues with the product or the installation. My home energy costs are now very low as well. They offer extensive warranties on their products beyond what the manufacturer offers, and they stand by them."

"Jole did excellent work for us. He was punctual, courteous, and very efficient. He listened carefully to my requests and questions. He also offered thoughtful solutions and explained thoroughly how he would implement the repair. Item#1) He had called me about a week before coming to our house ask about what kind of stain we would need. Item#2) He caulked the areas we discussed and also additional spots he noticed. His attention to detail made the job turn out flawlessly. Item#3) The old hinges were no longer manufactured. He did find a hinges with a slightly smaller size screw attachments. He was able to retrofit the doors with the new hinges to work perfectly. Item#4) He was able to glue, clamp, and restore the door to its original condition. He has had experience with woodworking and furniture repair. Item #5) He removed, reversed, and re-attached the a/c intake vent door so that the latches would be easier to reach. This will make changing the filter easier and safer. He even changed out my old filter with a new one for me while doing this project! Item#6) He fixed my kitchen cabinet doors by adjusting the hinges. The doors no longer rub against each other so they open and close easily. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would certainly hire him again for other projects/repairs and would gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Siloam Springs, AR

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
