"Ben was great. Explained the repair and cost upfront. Good service. Great workmanship."

"Posted my request on Saturday, received a call on Sunday, and had a tech on site Monday afternoon. He came knowledgeable and prepared for the job and, once he found a suitable replacement for the pump, had the system up and running in only a couple hours. He bolstered my self-esteem in pointing out the joiner that I couldn't get to budge was cemented in place by the installer. Reasonable price for replacement, as sumps are expensive, and he even rolled my hose back up after we used to prime the pump. Service oriented team!"

"Arrived on time. Scott found where leak was coming from immediately. Communicated issue well. He replaced leaking section of 1/2” Pex pipe under hall bathroom and recaulked tub spout. Completed task in a timely manner."

"Straight Up Plumbing came to our rescue on a holiday week when our hot water heater failed and pipes under the kitchen sink sprung a leak. We had already gotten an estimate from them for a leaky pipe attached to our water softener, so they fixed that, too. They squeezed us in, kept us informed throughout the day about changes in the anticipated arrival time, and did it all cheerfully. Robert, the service tech, was incredibly helpful, friendly, positive and professional. When he determined that the water heater needed replacement, the company sent another employee out with a new one and they both worked late to install it. Robert stayed even later to explain everything and answer all our questions. This was not a small thing since we live in a rural area, a pretty good distance from the company headquarters and Robert's home. The work was all done impeccably; no shortcuts. To top it off, Robert knew exactly how much every repair was going to cost before he did it and the total bill was reasonable even on the day before a holiday. We will definitely use Straight Up again. Thank you!"

"plumber was unable to provide a itemized bill. I?m well aware that plumbers are expensive but I thought $680 dollars for a faucet and 5? of plastic pipe + 1 hour labor was a bit high. Actual work performed was adequate ."

"The work was excellent and prompt! They also gave me a very good quote. I would definitely recommend Ocean Pacific Plumbing."

"He found out was wrong right away. Thought it was leaking pipes but ended up being the whole faucet. But it was replaced. Everything is working fine and no more leaks"

"We initially hired Chris to finish a small bathroom remodel, including installing new shower panels, new vanity countertop, new sink and some drywall repair. He did an amazing job, took his time and really paid attention to the details. The bathroom looks amazing thanks to him. We also hired him to install some new interior doors and a new swamp cooler. Chris stayed till every detail was taken care of and the job was complete. Highly recommend & we will hire him again!"
