"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND Several months ago, I found Weather Masters through HomeAdvisor and contacted them for a consultation. Within 4 days of submitting the HomeAdvisor request form, Toni reached out to schedule an appt. and within 24 hours Adam arrived on time. He walked me through what to expect if we chose to replace our almost 20-year old compressor (AC outdoor unit) versus replacing the compressor, furnace, and coil (indoor and outdoor units). When we were ready to move forward with replacing the entire system, I called Adam. He returned to our home to take measurements and to explain the process to my husband who had missed Adamâ s 1st visit. Adam was not pushy and neither did he push for all "the bells and whistles." In less than a week, we were on the books. The technicians are great: Steve arrived promptly at 8AM and began working on the compressor; shortly thereafter Shane arrived to work on the furnace. The 2 men worked quietly and with great care: drop cloths were used and they were willing to pause to answer questions. The system was up and running by 2:30PM. It has been 4 days since the system was installed. The weather has been mild, so AC has not kicked in as often. We were expecting the compressor to be a bit quieter; even still, it is quieter than our old one. Weather Masters is a LOCAL Frederick, MD business. Adam is great: no fuss, no mess, simple and straightforward. Be advised the homeowner is expected to be "on the ball" and focused. We didnâ t receive a call confirming installation date and time of workers' arrival. So, if you need a reminder call, you may need to request it. As part of the purchase of the LENNOX system, Weather Masters will provide 2 follow-up visits: in the Fall to check on the furnace and prep it for the season and again in the Spring of 2021 for the AC. These 2 follow-up visits are provided at no additional cost. Again, this is a no-fuss, no mess, straightforward operation. We'll get a yearly service contract in the Spring of 2021. From start to finish, through removal of the old furnace to installation & operation of the new furnace, the service technician was knowledgable & experienced in doing the work, and helpful in answering questions and explaining the use and operation of the new furnace. The office staff was also responsive and courteous whenever I called with questions or scheduling of installation. I'm very satisfied with this company and recommend them highly."

"Doug did a phenomenal job! Very professional and courteous staff. Not too many places these days that you feel go above and beyond to provide good service - these guys are definitely like that. We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!
