He made sure my old computer was properly backed up and that all my data, etc. was transferred to the new computer. He listened to how I wanted my computer to be set up and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. He made the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10 very easy for me. He explained how to navigate Windows 10 to and gave me some excellent suggestions and tips.
