"I hired System pools crew for closing and scheduled opening 2025. I heard for them before from friend of mine and they did really good and professional job. They came to my property on time, put all necessary chemicals, vacuum the pool, blow the lines and put the antifreeze, also they washed my DE filter as well before they cover the pool. "We are trying to find somebody to put a pool in. We called the one that Angie's List recommended and it is called Dig-M-Installers. I went to get the pool and the pool wasn't there. They didn't have the pool's parts. The other company is guaranteeing me that they will have it by the time Dig-M-Installers has scheduled the appointment. We got the quote from Dig-M-Installers. We got the paper work and everything from Dig-M-Installers. My wife got them from Angie's List. Their normal quote is 1029 dollars. I am getting a discount because it is before some date. I am getting it for 928. They are knocking off a 100 dollars. It was the only one on Angie's List and when we went on the phone book a lot of them sounded shaky. We took for granted that the one that Angie's List has was very good. The people that I came in contact with were very kind and very courteous. I saw an older man but to me they are all young as I am 70 years old. He was in his 40s and he was very nice. He was explaining to me how they would like to put it in, where they would like to put it, which would be the best situation where it won't cost me more money to have it done. They are very nice and clean. So far it is real good. They were very professional. Considering responsiveness, they were right back, right away. With this one man so far, it was very professional. I am waiting for them to install a pool and that is the next situation. I will know better once they install a pool."

He is actually willing to try to repair equipment, unlike many other lesser companies that merely put in new stuff.  If you have any issues with your pool and spa, these are the people to call: they will fix anything and will always provide you with the best options.  Bill, the specialist who came to work on the unusual configuration of equipment for my small indoor pool and spa, demonstrated a great deal of experience, ability and honesty.  BJ Pool & Spa might not seem cheap, however, given their vast knowledge, experience and technical ability, they will provide you with quality service and advice that will save you money in the long run.  Their competence and integrity is extremely reassuring.  It isn't always easy to find a good pool company (this industry isn't as regulated as other professions), and it took me a while to find this one. BJ Pool will be the company I call when I want honest and reliable service

Not only was our home and its contents treated as if they lived here, the job was done professionally. So much so, that the only issue we had was when the switch/outlet face plate screws came loose.
