He put attractive hardware on it to enhance its appearance. The new gate is very securely fastened to studs and opens and closes just great. He explained only the part of the job he could do and I would need to hire others to complete the total work being done such as a plumber and tile person. I was moving a shower, making it bigger, having it tiled and then a cabinet made for the old shower area. He had ideas about what to do and it made sense to us.
He was prompt and on time for meeting. He was a real nice guy and was coming from Carson to do the job in Reno.
Our main concern was that after this original visit, I got one call that he was busy and could not get the estimate done in a timely matter and that he would do it the following week.
I never got an estimate or even another phone call. It has been 3 months with no contact and I hired another person to do the job.
A phone call would have been better than nothing. By waiting for his call and no response to email it delayed my job by months.
